Meeting of SIG10 and SIG21

If you are a member of EARLI/JURE, please log in with your EARLI membership ID and password at the right-hand side of this website. If you forgot your membership ID and password, you can retrieve it by clicking on 'password forgotten?'. By logging in with your membership ID, you will be entitled to the reduced conference registration fee for members. 

If you submitted a proposal but are not a member of EARLI/JURE, you can choose to become a member first, or to log in with your conference user ID and password. If you do not wish to become a member of EARLI/JURE, we hereby inform you that you will not be entitled to the reduced conference registration fee for members. For more information about the EARLI membership benefits and how to become a member, please visit the website http://www.earli.org. For non-members we created a  conference user ID and password upon submission of their proposal. This user ID and password are in the confirmation e-mail of your submission for the meeting of SIG 10 and SIG 21 (not the e-mail of acceptance). Please use this ID and password to log on at the right-hand side of this website, since this will link your registration to your submission.

For all others: it is not necessary to log in with a password in order to register for the conference. Just fill in your contact details and click on the submit button. You will be led to the page for payment of the conference fee. We recommend that you pay with a credit card.

The conference fee is
90 euro for JURE/Earli-members 
120 euro for NON JURE/Earli-members
The fee includes registration, programme book, coffee or tea at breaks, lunches on Thursday and Friday, dinner on Thursday night.

Registration has to be completed before August 1, 2010.

Payment can be made online by credit card. Registration is only accepted when payment is completed.

Cancellation policy: No refunds can be made after August 1, 2010. Cancellations between June 15 and August 1, 2010 will be be charged administration costs of 40% of the conference fee. Cancellation before June 15, 2010 will lead to a refund of the conference fee. Transfer of registration to a colleague is always possible, but only after informing the Earli Office (earli@ped.kuleuven.be). Cancellations are accepted only when they are made in writing (or e-mail) and sent to the EARLI Office.

Hotel accommodation cannot be booked through the conference organisation. Participants have to book their own accommodation. You find information on hotel booking on the website of the SIG 10 and SIG 21 meeting on the page headed Accommodation (http://sig10and21meeting.risbo.org/accommodation). Please note that in the first week of September the city of Utrecht hosts the Early Music Festival, which attracts many tourists. We recommend that you book your accommdation early. If you have to cancel your participation in the SIG 10 and SIG 21 meeting, you have to cancel your hotel accommodation yourself!
