If you forgot your membership ID and password, you can retrieve it by clicking on 'password forgotten?' or you can find it in the confirmation e-mail of your submission for SigEE2010, and in the e-mail with the review results. By logging in with your membership ID, you will be entitled to the reduced conference registration fee for members. If you are not a member of EARLI/JURE, you can choose to become a member first, or to log in with your conference user ID and password. If you do not wish to become a member of EARLI/JURE, we hereby inform you that you will not be entitled to the reduced conference registration fee for members. For more information about the EARLI membership benefits and how to become a member, please visit the website http://www.earli.org. For non-members who submitted a proposal, we created a conference user ID and password upon submission of their proposal. This user ID and password are in the confirmation e-mail of your submission for SigEE2010, and in the e-mail with the review results. Please use this ID and password to log on at the right-hand side of this website, since this will link your registration to your submission. Co-authors or participants without a presentation can register without logging in (or with their EARLI membership ID if applicable). The conference fee is: Optional: 15 euro for the conference dinner (since we want to encourage everyone to participate in the conference dinner, the price has been kept low) Deadline for early bird registration: May 1st 2010 (GMT +1:00) The conference fee includes registration, conference book, all coffee breaks and lunches (sandwiches) on Thursday and Friday. The conference dinner is optional. Accommodation cannot be booked through the conference organisation. Please note that several conferences take place in Leuven at the same time, so booking early is recommended. Payment can be made online by credit card or by bank transfer. To pay by bank transfer, proceed with online payment but press 'cancel' when credit card information is requested. You will receive an e-mail with the bank account information. Registration is only accepted when payment is completed. Cancellation policy: No refunds can be made after the 1st of July, 2010 (GMT +1:00). Cancellations before that date will be charged an administration fee of 40 euros. Transfer of registration to a colleague is always possible, but only after informing the Conference Office (SigEE@ped.kuleuven.be). Cancellations are accepted only when they are made in writing and sent to the Conference Office (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, CO&E - SigEE2010 Conference Office, Dekenstraat 2 box 3773, B-3000 Leuven).
